Mini-resume

Dr. Mohamed NasrAllah is a professor of Nephrology ad Kidney
Transplantation at Kasr AlAiny School of Medicine, Cairo University. He
graduated from Kasr AlAiny Medical School in 1994 where he completed his
medical training, earned his Master degree in 1999 and his Medical Doctorate
degree in 2005. He also holds several accredited certifications in teaching and
scientific research planning, has participated in undergraduate and
postgraduate teaching and contributed to educational curriculum design. He
has also co-organised several international and national CME courses and
scientific conferences at Cairo University in collaboration with ERA-EDTA as
well as the Egyptian Society of Nephrology in addition to several clinical
training courses at MIH.
He currently serves as a consultant of nephrology and kidney transplantation
at Cairo University as well as at Misr International Hospital (MIH) in Cairo
where over 250 kidney transplants are performed every year for national and
foreign patients. At MIH, Prof NasrAllah is head of the scientific and training
committee. He is also the scientific advisor and founder of the transplant
programme for highly sensitized patients at MIH in collaboration with
Grenoble CHU, France. He has co-headed the transplant protocol committee
laying the outlines of transplantation protocols at MIH for transplant patients
in general and for highly sensitized patients in particular. His research
publications and interests are mainly concerned with cardiovascular risk and
mineral & bone disease in patients with chronic kidney disease, issues related
to renal health in the local populations and transplantation. His contribution
